Getting in touch with my inner self has been a spiritual awakening. All that I thought was true and have suppressed for fear of ridicule is now coming to light and is so spiritually liberating. I literally just finished reading this book. I honestly do not know how to convey to anyone the value this book has to me, at this point in my life. Nothing short of synchronistic, albeit coincidental. Zzenn provides an honest, detailed, humble account of his life journey, subjective experiences, and personal philosophies. What the reader may find is a fellow humans pathway to personal understanding and acceptance, and reflect on it as having the potential to unlock many of their own subjective experiences; discovering the deeper meaning their body may already know.
